At Known Buds, we aim to get your high-performance nutrition to your doorstep as quickly and efficiently as possible. We currently ship across all major pincodes in India.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across India.

• Metro Cities: 2 to 3 business days
• Non-Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days
• Remote Areas: 5 to 7 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather conditions, national holidays, or courier logistical challenges.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently process all orders using Cash on Delivery (COD) to ensure a seamless purchasing experience. Please ensure someone is available at the provided shipping address with the exact cash amount at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp notification and/or email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package's progress.

Damages During Transit

Known Buds is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we value our customers immensely. If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at knownbuds6@gmail.com or via WhatsApp with an unboxing video, and we will do our best to resolve the issue with our courier partners.
